I’m sad to say that one of our favorite Bedford Stuyvesant establishments….Bread Stuy has closed its doors. When Val’s Word! first began 5 years ago, my goals were to foster community ties and support local businesses. Today those goals still stand true. So while Bread Stuy has said goodbye… we say hello. Hello to the new businesses that are opening their doors in Bed Stuy. Hello to the existing businesses that are weathering the storm.
I continue to encourage you all to support local businesses in Bed Stuy, Brooklyn.
You can also look forward to Val’s Word! appearing back in your mailboxes! So we are online, email blasted AND delivered door to door.
